The civil, non profitable company «TASTE OF TRIKALA» it was created by a team of businessmen of the prefecture of Trikala aided by the Chamber of Trikala. Its aim and goal is to preserve the traditional cuisine of Trikala and to make known the gastronomic variation of our region.

Through a constantly growing and organized network (restaurants, taverns, confectioneries, shops with traditional products), every single member of the “TASTE OF TRIKALA” promises to offer unique tastes of Trikala, exactly as they have been preserved through the years and delivered from one generation to the next.
