Trikala Farms Ltd -Packaging The sort-out and packing of products is done in our modern privately-owned wrapping centre, in Filyra - Trikala, which has been build covering all the specifications of European market and is in process of certification in ISO 9000 and HACCP. The Butternut Squashes are packed in cartons that have product weight of 10 kgr and are placed in pallets of total weight around 700 kgr. Trikala Farms Ltd -Cultivation The culture of butternut squash is done in the fertile valley of Trikala near in Meteora, with all the modern rules of culture in an ideal microclimate which helps to produce prolific and tasty fruits. The culture is certified by EUREPGAP. Trikala Farms Ltd - Harvesting The harvest is done when the fruits are mature, leaving spear about 2 cm and are placed in special plastic cages before they are taken to storage, covering all the rules of hygiene.
