The company was founded in 1985, by George Zaraboukas, operating in a small factory of 350 m2.

In very few years, vision and quality made the products well accepted not only in the local, but in the international markets as well.

For 20 years, the company has been one of the leading salad makers in Greece, and exports reached 30% of the company’s turnover. In January 2006, the company moved into a brand new 2,500 m2 factory, fully equipped with the latest technological achievements.

Additionally we apply “circular flow” procedures during the whole production, starting with the receipt and control of the incoming raw materials, and finishing with the dispatch of the final product.
